I thoroughly enjoy the selection and quality of John Edward's, but the staff is very rude. I know it's easy to get jaded when working in customer service, but I've had the same judgemental and uncomfortable experience with almost all of the staff members for months now.

We love this local grocery shop. A bit pricey but wonderful selection of bulk spices, also organic, local produce and snacks. Great for putting together a Maine-made gift basket! There is also an on-site naturopath to help you choose from a big variety of healthcare items. Plenty of free parking out back or on the street.

we carry psylium husk in cans or powdered, flax seed we don't currently carry the husk but do have bulk flax seeds

They have several herbal brands and I have seen marshmallow capsules i think it was the " NATURE'S WAY " brand that had it.
