My husband I were visitig Maine and he coughed a lot one night so we came in for a check up. He was given a covid test, but we didn't get the positive results for a couple of days. I wish we had gotten the results immediately. We would have been willing to wait. Otherwise, everyone one was nice,.

I had to bring my young daughter to the walk-in for a stomach bug. I am not sure if the office lady hates her job but she was very unpleasant, no personality and basically just rude. I work in customer service as well...if she can't manage a Hi or a Thank you/You're Welcome she needs to think about a new profession. She wasn't only rude to me, she was rude to others that walked in while I was waiting, it was like we were inconveniencing her. I had to call back later on to find out some results and low and behold, she was just as rude on the phone! I had a good experience with the other professionals I saw that day, that is the only reason why I am giving this review 2 stars. I don't normally write reviews but I am hoping this review gets seen by the right person so that Tonya doesn't continue treating everyone like that.

I had to take my daughter in for blood work at the resort way lab and the lady at the check in window was very unfriendly. When I walked up to the window, she was on her cell phone and didn't even look up at me while telling me she would be right with me. After she finished whatever she was doing on her phone, she proceeded to check us in but the whole time I felt like we were bothering her and she was put out by having to help us instead of being on her phone. I am.not one to write reviews but I left there today and was pretty surprised at the way we were treated and wanted to make someone aware.

Everyone here was really nice and helpful. Ive had a rough few days with UTI symptoms and I work strange hours. They allowed me to come in with about 15-20 mins until the closed which I REALLY appreciated. The doctor was super nice and they did and quick and effective job getting me what I needed. Had to change my prescription to a different location as well since the original was closed and they handled that for me. Thank you!!
