Checked the schedule at 9:15 at night, selected the time we needed for the next morning. At 6 am, found out that one was cancelled at 9:30 the night before. Had to get to our destination 2.5 hours early. Coming home, after waiting 2 hours, figured we'd get food on the ferry. Not only was the ferry half hour late, the galley closed just before we boarded. Then no toilet paper in stall. Next time we will drive around

I had to stop at the guest services because I dropped my mask and did not have a back up. I kindly asked if she had any extra masks I could use. She rolled her eyes and told me “yes, but you really need to make sure you bring one. Pack it like you probably pack all your makeup.. I’m sure you’d never forget that.” It was extremely rude and condescending. I wasn’t trying to disobey or be a problem I just needed a mask because mine had to be thrown away. Bringing out her bad day onto me. Next time I’ll be sure to not even ask.

Edmonds is a nice place to visit. Nice views of Puget Sound. Good beaches.

First experience passenger crossing- very nice, easy kiosk passenger ticket purchase. The facility has public bathroom and general info of the ferry schedule but also animals-whales and seals and habitat of the area.

All ferries are running a one boat schedule.
About 30 min
I don't see anything changing. We just waited 3 hours. Got in the overflow line at 6 and boarded at 845 ( for the 8 pm) they are down to one boat.
Typically an hour early to get on the boat. There has been spotty service, so the earlier the better.
Before 6:30.
No, masks required except on car deck
Well you could get lucky and park on the street or you can go to the diamond lot and park there 4 money
Depends on where you are coming from
Probably around 1 too 2 hours. Download WSDOT and you can watch the numbers of spaces sold and you can look at the cameras to see the traffic and how long the line is. If the line is backing up the hill in camera 3 that is a 2 boat wait. If you want the 11 ferry you should plan on getting in line around 9:30 am. I am a daily commuter so take my advice. Hope this helps
Yes. But they board the ferry first come first serve at this terminal. So even if you made a reservation. You would still need to get in line
That's good advice 👍
It's for which vessel is sailing on that specific time
Yes near the spuds fish and chips there is a pay parking lot
It would be best to take the 6:15. But if it is not busy you could take the 7:00 its only a half hour ride across..
Between 20 to 30 minutes, but waiting can vary depending on the time of year and time of day.
There are parking spots near the terminal in Edmonds. The pay to park is right next to the car loading lines just across the street, if you spend 5 minutes looking however you can find free parking.
