I came to center a complete mess. My depression, anxiety, ptsd, alcoholism and eating disorder was wrecking havoc on my life. Probably or to center I would sit on my chair and get not stair out the window the whole day. At night sit on same chair drink and eat uncontrollably shake and regret filled my head. Six weeks later I’m like a new person . I haven’t had a drink in over fifty days and I have a new outlook on how I view food. I fine myself walking regularly and socializing with my peers. The center staff are caring and very professional. The classes are well put together and have much to offer. the care team was hand picked for the individual needs. The accommodations were nice and home like. If you need a treatment center do your self a favor and call the center, just like to did.

The Center’s holistic approach is extremely valuable towards healing the whole person. Often times the “issue” one brings to the program is not the only or most important piece to the puzzle. The entire team is made up of caring, compassionate experts in their respective fields. The environment is safe and welcoming and the town of Edmonds is a perfect setting to do the work. I would recommend The Center to anyone seeking hope, change and a better quality of life.

Though The Center is a Christian based program, they do not force faith down your throat. They have classes geared towards religion however their main courses are nondenominational. The community that is built between the clients themselves as well as the staff is a welcome and supportive one. 10/10 would recommend.

I made the decision to go to the Center after months of trying to find a mental health focused facility as I was struggling through then undiagnosed disorders that were making normal life too difficult to cope with. For many years I had been struggling with severe anxiety and depression that had manifested into self-abuse and destructive coping skills. Since coming home from my 4 week program, family members, my therapist, and several friends have all commented on the huge change in my demeanor saying that I am much less tense and my energy is much more calm than before. I feel so much better prepared for life, and getting through each day is so much more manageable than it used to be. The Center helped ease my anxieties and depression in a relaxed and non-stressful way. I was under no pressure at all to pursue anything I was not comfortable with - the therapists and doctors are all there to support you in your recovery. Michelle and Mike W gave me so much helpful advice and allowed me to explore so much to help me better define myself and find my sense of self-worth. Everyone who works at and attends the center is so validating and supportive - you find opportunities for growth even during your down time. The program itself is organized and structured and everyone there genuinely cares about you and your road to recovery. If you were hesitant to make the decision to attend like I was, take this as your push to do so. It was so worth it.

A one month program is 36k. If you have insurance that they take, great! If not, like me, they will discount the price for cash paying clients.
