Very cheap and you get what you pay for. Our room had bugs and was shoddy, but it's a 15 minute walk to the train line. So if you're just looking for a place to stach your stuff or animals in the AC for the day while you explore the city, it's great, otherwise I'd probably try to find somewhere nicer

Zeroooo stars If I could rate it honestly booked a reservation the man had to move my room 4 different times inorder to get a clean room. 1213 was the last clean room my baby got sick just by walking in and out them other 3 rooms!bed was unmade red dirt all on the floor didn't have my suite available only a single bed very surprising this bando rooms still available .... as a CONSUMER TRUSTEE THIS HOTEL ROOM NEED TO BE UNDER LITIGATION AND THIS HOTEL ROOM IS BREAKING THE UNITED STATES CODE. Very unprofessional an dupset with my services I should be going here free how nasty those rooms are and he didn't want me to go to 1213 he didn't want me to book my reservation else where disappointed new demands and management would help this place out til then this need to ve under litigation scamming people with their own money and time.

Stayed there one night while traveling through Charlotte. The 24-hour airport transfer was not operating due to a sick driver. Had to do lyft both directions and cost me a total of $60 additional. The only reason I chose this hotel was because it had 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle. I gave it a one star rating because Felicia at the front desk did approve a $30 (and gave us water)reduction for the cost of the night but not the $60. The room was disgusting, the hallways were dirty, had buckets catching water dripping from the roof, we had no towels and some of the lights didn't work. We spent a total of 6 hours there crawled in bed with our clothes on put our shoes on in the morning and left.

This might be the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The front desk person was nice at least, but the room was pretty awful. It was only halfway cleaned with Doritos still on the floor. The bed wasn’t made when I got there. The curtains didn’t close all the way. There was no shower liner/curtain. Had to ask for a towel. No shower amenities like shampoo or soap. Thin walls and doors, and I could hear all the neighbors. The mattress was worn and dingy. No fridge or microwave. It reeked of cigarette smoke and other terrible smells. The one saving grace about this place is it’s location. It’s near the airport and several great breweries. I highly recommend staying elsewhere if you can. If you end up here though, go tie one on at any of the breweries nearby and hopefully it will make the stay a bit more tolerable.
