Truly awful. Flight was canceled and I was stranded at midnight and needed a hotel. Would have been safer and more comfortable to sleep on the floor of the airport… first room I was sent to smelled so badly of cigarette smoke you could hardly breathe. Then it was missing the mini fridge. This may seem minor, but besides being somewhat alarming to just see an empty, dusty void where an appliance should be, I am a nursing mom flying with pumped breast milk and needed a fridge/freezer to safely store my liquid gold. I went back to the front window (they were not letting you in the building, just handing things through a small hole in the window…) and asked for a room with a mini fridge. He moved me to a new room and said he couldn’t say for sure what amenities were available in any given room. This room was around the back of the building. As a woman traveling alone at 1 am, it was a bit frightening. There were a half dozen people loitering about, smoking, drinking and rough housing. When I got to my room, there was a fridge! Yay! I turned to lock the door and the safety lock was mangled and missing, like it had been kicked in already. At this point I determined that walking back to the window was riskier than sleeping without the lock. I propped a chair under the door handle and tried to get a few hours of sleep. I pulled the sheets back to check the bed and there were an alarming number of hairs in the sheets. I pulled them back and just covered the bed with towels and laid on top. The light switch did not work, none of the bedside outlets worked. Only 1 of the 4 lamps turned on. My reason for selecting this hotel, the airport shuttle, did not start running until 7 am. That was too late for my 7:30 am flight, so I had to pay for a Lyft anyway. Truly one of the worst hotel experiences of my life.

It deserves WAY less than 1 star IMHO! My husband and I came here for 1 night specifically so that we could pick our son up from the airport. (ARMY parents) The only two amenities this place has going for itself is it's close proximity to the airport & wifi. The room was NASTY! The floors, the bathroom, the toilet, stains on the bedding, the microwave, the fridge, the mirrors! Does this place NOT have properly trained cleaning service? Or do they not care enough to do their job? Or does the owner not pay them enough to care? THIS, is why your establishment's rating is low! The happier the employment, the better the rooms!

My flight was cancelled from the storms and hotels were booking fast, so this was the only one I could get. I stayed on 6 May 2022 and my visit was not good. I first walked in to the office and began to register, I asked if there was any kind of military discount and the male clerk said no, which I thought was odd, and his attitude changed when I asked. I asked if he was sure and he said the pricing comes up automatically with no discounts, and with all the flights being cancelled, I just took the room. I was too tired to debate and headed to my room, to my dismay was filthy and smelled like wet dog! The TV did not work and for a shower, there was only a small bar of soap. This building is in bad need of restoration or just continue on like a slum lord? Once I was up and headed to get breakfast and check out, I discovered there was nothing at all to eat as the kitchen is non functional, and nothing I could even purchase. There was a small amount of coffee and the woman did make more, and she seemed very pleasant. I understand fully that it's not the Hyatt, but this truly was a very bad stay, and didn't even meet up to the standard I thought of when I saw the name. The advertised picture is probably 15 yrs old or more, as the pool is non operable and the building next to it is run down and abandoned.

Positive: Was in a bad area the ceiling had so much water damage was no noisy at night. The beds were so small.The price i paid it was not worth 90 overpriced for the bad location and how the hotel looked. Did not feel safe i will never go to another days inn again
