Stayed for a total of 10 minutes. I’d give -5 stars if it had that option. Had room 121 and first things first the door was busted halfway down. Should’ve known just leave. Well went in and I always check the room over before anything. Well bugs were in the bed, some alive some dead, smelled of cigarettes and had ashes and spots on walls where people put them out on it. Fridge seemed to not work at all, ac blew out hot air and had something growing on it. Walk into bathroom and it was alright. Shower curtain had blood on it and pubic hair or hair in general was on the floor and toilet. 10/10 do not recommend at all eventhough the lady (not the manager) working at the front was nice and friendly. Tried to contact manager about getting my money back but she wouldn’t answer phone. Rodeway inn in sugar creek is a 1000 times better.

Roaches was in the floor i checked out immediately they still took my points and charged my card the general manager Sandra Pendelton stated she told her staff not to bother her with this mess over the weekend and never called me back and refused to give me my money back i will never stay back at this hotel they are dishonest and the hotel is filthy!

This hotel charged me $195.93 for 2 nights at 1 am and then another charge of $ 103.73 at 7am... Could not get in contact with a manager since 1pm till 9:30pm just so they can tell me that that was my bank and not them!!! Called my bank and they denied ever doing that... So im disputing it. Shower head is leaking all night and the bed headrest makes noises even if you breathe....

N/@ it was ok need to be more modern day. Air conditioner looked old and they need new comforters..the room don't smells so fresh
