Wasn't my experience. Staff was helpful and friendly. I departed on a Sunday morning, airport terminal was hectic. Sent passengers to wrong TV line. However, was on the spot. Bus Waited for me to process return of ticket. Slowed down to pickup possible passenger not at stop yet. Arrival was just as smooth. I imagine the Rental Agency Gods were with me.
Just hop on the dollar bus, they'll drop you near or switch your reservation since they're same company and dollars 24 hours I believe
Avoid this rental car agency. Staff is horrible.
Call the phone number. I goggled the number. They can give you the shuttle info.
I waited over 30 minutes at PHL for the shuttle. I think there's only 1 bus so expect to wait. It gets depressing if you count how many of the other rental companys' buses come before the 1 thrifty shuttle.
