IIRC, if you reserve a Friday online you must also reserve the Saturday as well. I don't know if you can call and make a custom arrangement. I strongly recommend reserving as there is a ton of walk in competition, and it is usually full when I have been there.

You can reserve just one night. Check in is 2:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m.
