I was seen by Luca Fort in urgent care today. I have a fever, chills, nausea, and fatigue and severe pain in my left upper back radiating into my arm. I was a bit flustered and was experiencing some anxiety— I’m a single mom with no near relatives, so being sick feels quite vulnerable and I feel very ill. I was worried something might be wrong with my heart. Luca seemed to walk into the room already irritated with me, which was confusing since this was my first time meeting her. She asked me about my symptoms and when I mentioned the pain in my shoulder she cut me off and said “just forgot about the shoulder for now.” This visit was just very strange, I felt she did not like me and even felt like she didn’t believe me or something, even though I was visibly sick and with a fever. She was very short, passive aggressive, and lacked compassion entirely. It was just very strange to go to a medical facility for help only to be met by a healthcare provider with a chip on her shoulder. I would not visit this faculty again based on how I was treated.

Unqualified! The past 7 days my daughter was feeling and sounding terrible and was coughing up green phlegm. She had already 2 COVID -19 vaccination and a Booster. The provider, Sarah Kaplan, PA-C whom tested her for COVID-19, provided a sputum test ( highly unreliable ) and sent her on her way with the following recommendation.....purchase Afrin nasal spray at a local retail store and rest.....unbelievable! Don't waste your time, effort, co-pay and gas to this Urgent Care because the only urgency will be to bill your insurance. Look at the google reviews!

Bunkall APRN was great and her nurse was also amazing sorry I forgot her name. They got me in last minute and seriously made me feel great. I appreciate the attention to detail.
