I wish I could give a 0 star review. The women were so rude and condescending. It's completely disorganized and unprofessional. On multiple occasions now I asked if I could do a consultation over the phone, they said I didn't, then due to traffic I was late and when I came into the office they said I could've just done the consultation over the phone. My friend was with me and we asked simple, clarifying questions and they were so rude in their responses. They gave me wrong information they then treated me like I was stupid. I couldn't even. I refuse to pay people who put other people down like that. Totally uncalled for and not a friendly environment. Definitely not a place I'd want to do my first ketamine treatment

I was diagnosed by a therapist with major depressive disorder. The decision I made to get ketamine treatment after traditional antidepressants had stopped working properly for me was a great decision for me, words cannot do justice to describe the difference I have seen. I gradually saw improvements in myself after each session. I took all 6 sessions and truly felt healthy again. It was way more effective than any other antidepressant treatments I have had. I cannot thank God enough for all this. I highly recommend everyone to do research from trusted sources and try to understand the science behind how ketamine works. Go for a consultation, in person or telehealth, it's free so you have nothing to lose. As for the clinic itself, it appeared very nice and clean and the staff were all very helpful and professional and I grew to love them. At first some of them talked too much for my liking and I was still skeptical, but once I got into it I saw that everything they told me was true. I was already thousands of dollars in debt when I still decided to get ketamine, but I could not see a better option for me, so I convinced myself if there's a chance this could really work, it is worth every penny and more because I can't put a price on my health. I was not disappointed in any way, and now that I am healthy again I am better motivated to take on more work and opportunities that make me more money, therefore it feels as if I am getting my money back in ways that I would not have if I was still depressed. Highly recommend a ketamine consultation, and highly recommend this clinic!

This facility is amazing! I went through the initial treatments with them and just finished that process. It allowed me to get to a space of peace and healing. A lot of suppressed trauma's and healing that needed to have a safe space to bubble out of me. I am now feeling much less anxious underneath the surface. This process has given me so much more than I realized I needed & I am able to focus more and conquer all the things in my daily life both at home and in running 2 of my own businesses. There are no words that can express what this process gave to me and the caregivers were simply amazing to hold the space for me!
