Outpatient OT: Nina is great

Outpatient OT with Nina: Nina has been wonderful in the time we’ve been working. Not only do we work on ADLs she has helped with my shoulder. She’s so wonderful, she explains everything everything she does and I know where all my muscles because of it. I am lucky to have her as my therapist.

Outpatient program: Nina the OT, is super amazing. She has personality and charm! She has given me the courage to try showering on my own. She jumps right in to help with teaching me home management and being safe and independent with showers. I am very uncoordinated. She has helped me to get the exercises to work for me. Most of all, she has given me confidence, encouragement, and the support I've needed for so long to feel like me again. I hope highland has Nina on staff for many years to come.

It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone. I have a patient there and it’s not possible to call in. Completely unacceptable for a “24/7” facility. I would not recommend them for caregivers for you elderly family. Seriously lacking for anyone that cares about their family members.
