I found a little dog roaming around I can't keep it due to I already have a dog and I live in apts. Could I just bring the dog in if so when could I do that.

U could also take it to a Vet to check for a microchip. If he has one, u will be able find the owner's info. I'm not sure if the Humane Society does this also. But u could call them tomorrow to see if they can check the doggie for the microchip also.

You will have to call them. I adopted a dog from there but don't know the intake rules. You may check Craigslist under lost dog.
