Brought our dog in for care after having difficulty with the birthing process only for them to neglect her care and worsen her condition. After noticing she had developed a blister on her chest while over night in their care, we quickly realized their negligence and chose to bring her home. One of their doctors stating her chances of survival being the same. After mentioning the blister they first claimed it was there then changed to it being a result of a lump. When I told her it resembled a burn in all ways they quickly changed to saying they do use "heat therapy" but only with a heat pack not heating pads. I then brought it to their attention heat pack DO NOT gradually get hotter with time they lose heat. A heating pad not only gets hotter but is also capable of blistering skin when negligence is involved. After stating we would be taking our dog home. They proceeded to force us to wait over 2hrs for their "discharge process" stating other dogs were ahead of us...of which none left through their front door, proving their non-existence. Only to find out the lenthy wait time was due to staff taking their sweet time just so they can read directions verbatim off pages they had printed over 2hrs prior. Only after becoming agitated did they present with my dog in hand as if magically she instantly ready. $2,000 later and we have a dog in worse shape than when we took her and one vial of antibiotic and one vial of pain med. Not only did they take advantage of our situation they price gouged the situation to a disgusting extent. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE HEARTLESS CROOKS. TAKE THE TIME TO TRAVEL TO AN ALTERNATIVE EMERGENCY CLINIC. They deserve no stars.

As my puppy is very sick they said 3-4 hour wait and I saw very happy, healthy dogs there! I was sent to thrive on Austin hwy first, then sent me to Perrin and 410 and then to Broadway and 410,🤬🤬🤬Nobody was any help! Probably as simple as a shot,🤬🤬🤬As I say this this poor baby is dying,ðŸ˜!

0 stars, if you don’t got money or good credit they will let your baby bleed out and only give him pain medication. A country vet said they would work with what money we got, and would get us more time to come up with more. This place F’ed my family over. We couldn’t come up with 5,100 dollars at that moment so they let my baby die. I took pain meds and him home to get comfortable so he could pass, praying he could make it till morning to get to the country vet. He didn’t make it. And then the owner of the dog that attacked mine offered to cover the bill, when they found out the very next day

Wonderful staff! Efficient service! Thank you to Dr. Sam and the Vet Team. We took our dog at 6pm after she tried to pick up a Coastal Bend Toad that excreted toxins in her mouth. We checked in online and were contacted within 5 minutes to enter the clinic. Front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We were seen by a vet tech within 15 minutes of arrival and Dr. Sam shortly thereafter. He explained his rationale for treatment and even suggested calling Pet Poison Control for additional info. We are so grateful for the clinic team's professionalism, care, and patience with us.

Just for them to even look at your pet.
Check up is 125, and then cost for any tests or mwds
It was $110 for an evaluation. More for the actual treatment.
I am sorry we do not do house calls. We are a 24 hour clinic and you can bring the dog in to our clinic 24/7 if you are able to catch him.
Dont know because i dont work there i just transfer patients from one hospital to another
They won't give you any prices up front which i think is shady, just say $90 to check in
