How can I get someone to pick up a lost dog? Sounds like this babe is crying and doesn't know which way to go. 😢

Call 311 file a report they'll take it from there but be aware animal control decides if that pet would be put down either immediately or with in 3 days. That cry may be am indicating the animal is sick or injured.

U could also take the dog to a Vet to see if it has a microchip. Vet will scan for it & hopefully find it's owner. Then u can contact the owner directly. U shd also call S.A. Humane Society to see if they can check for a microchip.
