There is a puppy that was dumped in the lot behind my house. I already have 2 dogs and can not take it in. I would love some information on organizations or people willing to come get her.

Humane society should take the puppy. Call 311 for their number or simply Google it.

U can just take her to the Humane Society. They will find he or her a good home.
