They'll take just about anything because when you leave, they'll be filing criminal charges on you for "violations" that you committed, like not returning the keys and they had to pay to have the locks changed, that you stole light fixtures or caused damage in the "apartment," that you owe them for two months rent because you never gave two months written notice that you were moving, etc., etc.
I don't know about evictions, but I kniw they'll take people with crappy credit. (Because I'm a resident and i have crappy credit)
