I would've given this a 1 star but i raised it to 2 because my agent Isaiah was understanding and sympathetic to my concerns, as well as the numerous issues i had upon move in. After driving 5 hours to get keys, exhausted and ready for a hot bath, and anxious to put some cold items in the fridge, I discovered there is no hot water, the water heater is from 2008, crusted over and rusted, and the fridge was completely disgusting, with food particles, spills etc on every shelf and door, as well as freezer with frozen meat juices etc.., as well as a dirty oven and stove. I can go thru many other things, but at this point that right there is enough to warrant a 1 star towards customer satisfaction. The unit itself is 542 as.ft. and is a studio fully renovated and it was, so paying nearly 1800 for move in, and a week early, one would expect a clean and functioning unit. I had to be up the next morning to go on a flight, with just a wash cloth bath. Fun...not! So I'm disappointed, they are addressing my concerns and issues, but now, I'm gone for a week so when I get back it all begins, and I have family coming to visit! Ugh.

My original post was based on my previous maintenance request, however my current situation has brought about a change. The maintenance person that took care of my first request was prompt, polite, professional and efficient. On 6/19/22 I had a similar electrical issue again but at this point I have had no response. A blown circuit has rendered multiple power outlets throughout my unit dead. From my kitchen, dinning room and living room I have no power. No response and no action in 3 days. This is really unfortunate because I thought that my last experience was indicative of how management/maintenance handles their resident's requests for help with maintenance issues. This electrical issue I am having could be a serious safety issue, yet no one has even contacted me for details of the issue. I need to change my star rating this is not a 5 star experience.

Beautiful property with plenty of amazing amenities. Went in for a quick tour and ended up signing for a unit. The leasing manager, Vanessa, was great! She was helpful and made us feel very comfortable right away. Don't worry, she's a great golf cart driver

I've lived in the community for a while now and seen many changes over the years. Multiple ownership changes, staff changes,etc... Since the pandemic there has been a noticable change but in my opinion, the staff do the best they can and maintain professionalism and kindness. At least that has always been my experience. Last year I had a few hiccups with my unit and some of my work orders took longer than what I've experienced over the years, including work orders getting closed out as completed. As frustrating as it was at times, it happened during a time where there was a big change in staff during the midst of a pandemic. I talked with the manager of the property and he was apologetic and someone from maintenance was at my unit the next day to get the problems fixed. The property is clean and never had any big problems. I've experienced a scorpion once but that was an anomaly. Neighbors are really nice and the building I live in is very quiet. Apartment living has the good and bad, but that can be expected anywhere you live. I do get frustrated at times when I come home to find random cars parked in my assigned spot or outside contractors blocking my car in but I just deal with it because it's not that too inconvenient. I don't know of any of the safety concerns other reviews have mentioned but there is a very noticable safety concern with people driving erratic around the complex and high speeds and in a few occasions I've either been hit head on by another car or seen maintenance staff and residents almost get hit by cars driving around the complex. That really is the only red flag I've seen or concerned about. The only other drawback, which is part of apartment living is package delivery, especially packages delivered at the apartment door. I've had a few packages taken from my front door or had packages delivered to a different unit or the family side of the complex. That is where integrity of people come in to do the right thing. Overall, I am very happy living here and will continue to call this place home as long as management continue allowing me to renew my lease.

They do not inforce the nonsmoking addendum at all. People smoke on their patios and inside their homes. You will smell it. You will inhale it.
