Overpriced. Staff appears to be on the verge of a breakdown due to the stress of the workload. I felt so bad having to correct orders that they obviously couldn't handle nor work thru over the phone. Luckily, Chegg was able to complete the order, including had the other required materials and books that JALC Bookstore was not equipped to handle. The staff is nice. Which also leads me to believe they were ready to snap.

I placed an order for my books and chose to do on campus pick up. The pickup location is at SIUC because John A. had smoke damage from a fire in August 2020. The books were ready fast. I ordered Wednesday and they were ready Friday. I arrived and received a box when I opened the box there was only 2 books and I was missing 2 others. I called the bookstore a total of 15 times to try to see if I could get my other books. I understand they were busy but I was also. Finally I was able to get them on the phone and they had my other books. They had been misplaced. Just a warning to others, make sure you receive all your books before you leave. I understand things are difficult right now. But hopefully we can fix these issues.

This place has almost all of your college textbooks and computer disc things you'll need. They offer rent or buy/sell. But for some they don't give that option. They also have some cute John A Logan college tee shirts.

Arielle Fulk

Very expensive for school books, however, if your teacher makes a packet. It is the only place to actually find it. Has great backpacks and other supplies, but I gave it three stars due to the price of things there.
