I thought this places was pretty good until I had to work the the social workers, the one from the Du Quoin site never returned my 7 calls over a months period. I finally got ahold of her and she was rude and unprofessional. Glad it was not a life or death issue. She gave me a number to the home office. I called and spoke with a DeAnn she said she would look into the issue and get back with me it’s been 3 weeks no call back, I have call and left 4 message all unreturned. Great you see they are concerned about their patients. Please think hard before you put a loved one in someone else care.
