My family and I have been residing at this location for 2 years, it is a beautiful area. Quiet, hidden & friendly neighborhood for anyone to enjoy especially if you have furry friends as well. The leasing office staff is very punctual and always willing to help in any way that they could. Thank you!

UPDATE 6/1/2022: Thank goodness for new management! I am changing my former 1 star to 5 stars...as I love this place and all it needed was new, good, management! UPDATE 8/7/2021: The office has now gone "Virtual" and they ask that you call or email. Well I've been calling and emailing for the last 7 days now with no return-call or return-email. How are we supposed to get assistance? I've called the number below where the "owner" wants me to call, just goes to voicemail which never get returned. Does anyone even work for our property anymore? I moved in 1 month ago (in June). The move-in went ok...communication could've been better especially coming from out of state, but overall pleased with my first month. The 2 star review comes because... I have emailed and left voicemails in the last month that never get returned. How can so many calls and emails go ignored? What else could take priority than attending to tenants? I really wonder if their messaging system is not working? I also tried posting something on the "message board" on the website portal and that did not work. BUT, the reason I come here to leave this review is to ASK THE OWNER (who keeps responding to all these negative reviews yet we can't get a response to our phone calls and emails)...how many more negative reviews regarding the newest management are needed, before action is taken? Please, for the sake of this great location and quiet neighborhood...can you guys PLEASE figure things out, treat your tenants like we should be treated, and actually return calls and emails? I ask again, how many more negative reviews have to be left, before Greystar upper management gets involved in fixing the issues? It's appalling and discouraging (being a new tenant) seeing the flood of negative reviews since Greystar took over management. It seems to be on-going for many months now. Please make the necessary changes in order to be responsive and helpful to your tenants. It's sad I have to leave this message here, but it seems this is the only place it'll get read by ownership. I hope things get better and I can change this review in the future to 5 stars, as I really do like the location and unit.

Kyle has been amazing !!!! Extremely helpful and overall an astronomical employee. He explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable and welcomed before anything was signed. Wouldn’t have thought about joining this property if this wasn’t for him!

Horrible! If you look at all these reviews that have been posted, “management” is commenting on all of them “I’m sorry to hear about your experience, please call this number to discuss the issue” however 1. That phone number is the direct line to Rey, (the woman almost all the reviews are against) why would we want to call the person who shouldn’t even be working here, to discuss our issues if she isn’t going to fix them anyways?? We want a direct line to Corporate 2. “Management” still have not fixed any of the issues, the previous tenant Geroge commented about. The gym equipment is still broken, and the laundry room is still disgusting. If your thinking on staying here, don’t be fooled by management responded to these reviews, they truly do not care about their tenants and it’s a surprise they are still in business. HOWEVER in the past 6 years, they have had 6 owners, so I doubt these people will last much longer, then we can actual fix this apartments and make it as good as it used to be before Greystar was here.
