My experience has been nothing short of positive in every way. The staff, maintenance requests, friendliness, ground up keep, responses to questions, concerns, etc. I am very pleased with my overall experience at Papago Crossing and feel I made the best and right decision to move across country and call this complex my home. Thank you All for making this transition painless and carefree 😊 Happy Holidays to you All. On 6/22/2022 I had an air conditioner concern and the staff plus maintenance showed immediate attention and were professional and accommodating. Very few issues arise with this apartment complex and I am always impressed with the services I receive. The grounds, property and apartments are clean and comfortable. The pool is always nice and refreshing, it's a great place to live for sure 😊!

Friendly, courteous and helpful were all the Office Managers. They all worked as a team to assist us with getting in our apartment. Maintenance introduced himself as Alex and fixed minor concerns fast and efficiently. After reading some reviewers comments of paid advertisements. I am not paid. I love the location. Precautions will be made for apartment living for any pests. It is quiet and maintained. 👍🏽

Although there are roaches and it is an older model, its affordable, right next to the highway and most grocery places. They have pest control every Tuesday, they read the surveys and the paper that involves previous damages when you move in. They've always been quick to my maintenence request, very friendly management. Also apparently roaches are just a common thing in phoenix. So its a get what you pay for plus it seems like they are actively trying to make it better, they are adding security.

Been living here about 3 months, got a renovated apartment. My apartment is really pretty and It's a small community. It borders an elementary school and has a lot of kids, but I knew that moving in and don't really mind the noise of kids playing. The only issue I have had in my apartment is german roaches. I used to live in South Phoenix and compared to that, it's a night and day difference. In 3 months I've seen maybe 20 roaches, considering this complex has been around since the 50's I'm honestly impressed. The management has been super friendly and helpful with all of my concerns and is very very serious about the pest problem. Shea in particular cares more about my problems than any apartment manager I've ever worked with, sending maintenance up the same day I request anything. Ground are well maintained, close to a lot of great food nearby and in a very good location in Phoenix. I really hope they don't change management. I would give four stars but am giving it 5 just because the reviews on here seem exaggerated and I want to balance it out. If we can get the pests under control I fully intend to renew my lease once it's up, so long as they don't raise my rent unreasonably. I will update this review in a few months, but so far it feels like home. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt.

Pest control doesnt work at all. Roach problem will never be fixed
No. Unfortunately, we do not work with evictions. They need to be paid off.
