Fairly new nice looking townhome 3 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms, accommodates 3 people comfortably. Our experience was very pleasant with little to almost no problems. Very sizable rooms with a great living space. The garage was a nice touch too, even though it’s a bit tight. Very well maintenanced from the backyard landscaping to garbage disposal fixing. One thing I was not fond of was the parking situation. We had 3 persons living at this townhome, with one garage spot and 1 parking sticker so the odd person out had to park out on the street. If you parked inside without a sticker, you’d get towed. It happened a couple of times and we made it known to the manager so she could look for a better way make it more resident friendly. I do recommend this townhome to anyone looking for a nice modern townhome with a good surrounding area.

Angelica have perfect customer service skills and she was very welcoming she made our experience wonderful! Brand new homes 🏡 beautifully located in central Phx !! Close to the light rail and close to the HWy 51 !!!!
