Worst Apartment complex ever I Pay so much when it’s not even worth it management does not care about their tenant They just care about keeping their money and not willing to invest into their property roches everywhere and have told maneger several time we need some one to come a fumigar our apt. And nothing they just say they will add us to the list

I returned to this property thinking that maybe things were going to change But again I ran into another injustice from overnight to morning They decided not to receive my rent anymore because the Mexican government was helping me and without prior notice they sent it to court It was so unfair the way in which the that they did it because they said that I didn't want to pay my rent when it was a lie they didn't want to accept my check that they didn't care very much about voting me out please help me so that no one else rents those apartments because the owners are cruel managers of everything the time they have the managers that they have in these apartments they have the knack of charging extra money and charging and then I send you a short one and they don't want to continue paying and the owners don't do anything they just cover their eyes please don't rent in those apartments anymore don't do it anymore Oasis apartments are the worst apartments there is And the owners don't even say they are cruel and of all what the court says I can't force them to and they receive your check if they don't want to do it they don't and no if they didn't want to notify you they are within their rights they are the owners That is the law here

I have had numerous people move into this apartment and they all LOVE IT. The apartments are spacious, the staff is extremely friendly and anytime they need anything maintenance is quick to address it. If your looking for a beautiful complex to live in then check this place out

these apartments are infested with rats you can hear them through the walls & ceilings youll even see traps around the apartments itself the managers are either frauds or scammers rent is ridiculously high for the kind of quality the apts are in & look managers are always rude im glad i left i hear nothing has changed its only been worse.
