This is the worst apartment complex experience I have ever had. They do not fix issues correctly within the unit and are constantly leaving you notes that they are going to enter your apartment for random reasons. So if you have a pet, make sure you have plenty of extra money to board them so they can enter whenever they feel like it to take random photos of the inside of your apartment. Also, they had to leave me some notice on my door and then charged me a $35 to leave said note. It wasn't even a legal letter sent from a lawyer yet there was a "process server fee" when the note was just attached to the door. The note was also not even addressed to me. The property has a massive wasp problem so you cannot even use your patio. I do not recommend anyone live here. They nickel and dime you for everything and there is not anything luxurious about it. I will not be renewing my lease here.

lovely place, ask for andy or brandon. worth every penny. place needs oak trees and palm trees, and less trees that shed pollen and thorns offering little shade. Otherwise very well kept up and beautiful property. please mention my name if you end up applying.

Been here for 4 months and we love it! We have a 3bdr 2b and it feels like a house!!! Rooms are extremely spacious! Office staff are so helpful and welcoming. Amenities are incredible the pool is gorgeous!!! Everything we wanted in a home we found here 😁
