Air Duct cleaning. 2300 square foot, 20 year old house. My furnace filters were getting dirty quick and cob webs were a running battle. Too early to see the difference, but the house sure seems much fresher. The team was on time, efficient, polite, and professional. Pictures of the duct work show a big difference. The price was competitive and the company has a great reputation. I’m happy. Highly recommended.

Garrett was great; quick and thorough. Very knowledgeable about carpets. My only critique of the company Stanley Steemer is their 6 hour window of time is too long. We were told noon to 6pm; he came at 4:30 pm. It would have been helpful to get a better idea of the time frame the night before or the morning of. Will certainly hire them again though. 😀

It took until everything was completely dry to see just how bad the job was. The upholstery actually looks worse than what it did before the "cleaning" and the carpet is so bad you can see where he did and did not clean... it literally looks like a patchwork quilt. This is especially unfortunate since we are just about ready to list our house and wondering what to do. I wish I hadn't tipped him as my tip will only reinforce this substandard work product and effort. I also wish I hadn't spent almost $700 for the service for the equivalent of 3 rooms, a chair, ottoman, and a couch. We will never use this service again.

Daniel was a good kind young man who went above and beyond doing the work. The company was nice to deal with. Very professional and on time and responsive. So glad I found them. I will use them again soon to do the other two rooms that are carpeted. The work left the carpet in my sons room looking like new
