This was an awesome experience, especially considering broken technology is almost always a nightmare. I'm a social worker and work with a kid who broke his Mac book screen very badly, requiring a full replacement of the top half of the laptop. The man (I forgot his name) was super helpful and got the new piece delivered and the laptop fixed in under 48 hours (but let us know there was always a chance it could take longer with UPS shipping, etc). The price was super fair and the laptop is working great two weeks later! I don't live in Auburn but will be driving here from now on if I have any other broken technology!

Awesome place. My new go-to for phone repair. Replaced my cracked Note8 screen/panel. Repair was done very well like it never happened. Price is competitive (yep, I searched several places with high ratings). Price quote are OTD. They also take all major CC's. Fortunately, they actually had a replacement in stock which was great. Great guy and fabulous customer service! He fixed my screen but I noticed it had a weird reddish tint to my photos, I went back down and talked to him about it (something he had never heard of before) and he thought of a solution! It looks beautiful now! Highly recommend, definitely will be going back there if I need too!

Let me start off by saying that the quality is CHEAP. I swear this place uses $50 kits just to charge people $150-$200 just to get the screen fixed. I usually come to this place all the time to get my screen fixed but now I will not return as I notice the quality got worse. I brought my iPhone 11 in to get my screen fixed about a month ago, I even bought a screen protector and my phone was on the charger and it lightly drops and boom my LCD messes up, mind you my screen was not even cracked one bit, the screen just starts changing colors. Like HOW. I called in and asked to accommodate but he told me “they aren’t in charge of any damages that happen after” then I brush it off and go get my screen fixed again, lightly dropped it today and it CRACKS! Literally lasted for one day. Please save your time and money. I don’t care if they aren’t in charge of the damages. At least use good quality products for the price that we pay for. $400 down the drain.
