I’ve been living here since January and haven’t had any issues and the staff is very helpful. Apartment was exactly what I was looking for, a modern touch, clean space, and a beautiful view. The groundskeepers are always keeping the community looking top notch and I appreciate seeing security patrol at night to keep an eye on cars. I absolutely love it here and cant get enough of the nature surrounding the community. They do a great job, thank you Belara!

Buyers beware!! I highly suggest you do not move here. We paid for a remodeled apartment and it was remodeled, but very sloppy. There was white pain all over the natural wood trim, nails sticking through the carpet, broken visors, the shades chipped at the window frame paint when trying to open them because they were not cut properly, the trim was also chipped, the facets fell off when trying to turn on the water, the staff are very unprofessional when trying to move out. They overcharged us and told us the wrong amount for the pro-rated lease and did not want to refund us the amount back! We did not authorize this. You get the feeling of being treated like it’s a mafia owned apartment. Communication is terrible when trying to ask for clarification. On top of that, our apartment was not ready on move in day. Any requests we made after move in we’re disregarded because they already have a signed contract and don’t care to fix anything. Update: We paid the pro-rated amount overcharged us an additional month for March + pro-rated payment ($3,500 just for March) plus the 2 months rent for cutting our contract (which is understandable). We moved out March 11, they decided to send us an invoice for April as well $2,080. They have decided to charge a whole additional month upon leaving. All total, they are trying to steal $4,160 after leaving. The funny thing is that I have everything in writing and email and saved documents on my OneDrive. See you all soon 😎

Everything about this place is mediocre with a shiny coating. The parking situation is horrific. They literally don't even give you enough parking spots for the amount of people in your apartment. A good amount of people who live here time their own remedy to this problem by parking in unowned spots or in guest parking overnight. Management has decided that people parking where they live is a big problem and towed everybody.. they expect you to walk down a massive hill and park on the street.seeing other people's reviews on here seems to reflect this.. nearly all the positive reviews are from people who just moved in, and all the one or two stars are from long time renters. It gets even worse when you see managements copy paste response to all of these "we pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction is the biggest of lies. Because people complain and the issues have NOT changed over the years. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live.. there's tons of better spots literally one block away.

The community is well kept. Any maintenance requests are addressed quickly, no waiting for weeks to go by. The front office staff is helpful and friendly. Paths for hiking accessible from the property. Dog friendly walking areas with dog waste bags provided.
