Travelling from Corvallis, Oregon we were looking for an apartment. We noted this complex, and the office hours posted on the website, and decided to check it out! Not only was the office closed (with same hours on the door as online) but a really nice tenant told us he hasn't seen anyone since before the holidays. He even asked if we contacted the office since he knew a tenant that needed to turn his keys in. Travel time wasted but good to know this complex doesn't even keep track of apartment keys. We will look elsewhere. Please do not waste your time commenting Arbor Place Apartments. If you have time for that you should be spending it to care for your tenants.

I have lived in this complex for 16 days. The biggest problem, I have experienced so far, is people using the assigned parking spaces as an open parking lot. There is no signage posted informing non-residents that the covered parking structure is private and no towing warning. I do not know what was here before I arrived on January 2, 2018. Updates to follow.

I've lived here just over six months.. Not to pleased with the reaction time on getting problems fixed.. My dishwasher took over a month to get replaced.. it was broken when I moved in.. The kitchen cupboards were filled with dead cockroaches. That should've been my queue to move out.. but moving is a pain in the ass and expensive.. so I'm sticking it out. Good luck getting any response from the management here. They never return my phone calls or emails. I've finally had to call the owners to get somebody to listen. Other than the crappy management.. and the cockroaches.. and the poor maintainence.. the apartment is allright. The neighbors are all pretty cool. It's mostly quiet.
