I cancelled an account and started a new one with my divorce. They never picked up the old can. It's been sitting infront of my house for months and now I get a bill for the old account that was supposed to be closed for a service that hasn't been used.

WM did not contact me after being prompted by Auburn Utilities prior to residing at my new location. They had not set up an account when I contacted them on the 10th day of my residence at the location. I needed to call them back to request extra waste bins be removed, no sizing options were provided to me for the residence. They were unable to assist with my concerns with regards to the billing for the extra cans and would be unable to pick them up for a calendar week after I called to request they be removed. The actual waste pickup service didn't cause me any issues however.

This is what my parking lot looked like after the snow day rescheduled pickup. No effort was put in to pick up any garbage bags that were not in the container or that fell off the container.
