Brought my car in because my gas gauge wasnt working and ran out of gas on the highway. They said it was fuel pump so i paid 900$ to get the issue resolved. Drove for a month and ran out of gas again on the highway and now have to pay 400$ for a tank saddle replacement which i can guarantee was the issue in the first place. Not happy!

These days customer does not exist unless you go to A&A. Diane welcomes you, while working she wants to see photos of the grandkids. Always smiling and lovely and kind makes you comfortable! She needs a raise!♥️Katherine Floyd⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A great experience at A & A Automotive in Middleboro today! The front brake on my son’s Jeep locked up last night causing the wheel assembly to overheat. I called Diane at 8AM, right when they opened, to see if I could get the Jeep in (without an appointment) for an evaluation and possible repair. Andrew was able to get me in, diagnose the problem, call me with an estimate for repair, and get the vehicle back to us by 5PM so we had the Jeep back in time for the weekend! Yay! They also say….you have to measure a company by their ability to stand behind their work. Well, my last visit was a routine inspection sticker but the sticker was accidentally applied to the windshield incorrectly consuming some of the viewing area on the Jeep’s very small windshield. Andrew and team even fixed the inspection sticker during our visit. Great job today A & A Automotive!

Make sure you wipe your car down good before you leave cause most of the workers are not wearing a mask in people’s cars and they do not wipe it down after. Also this is the 3rd time in the last year they left oil or grease smears on the inside of my car and I have to clean them off. Plan for 1-1.5 hours for an oil change.

They have a key drop. Just park car and drop key in slot. I've done it in the past.
I doubt it. Small local shop. I would check with your insurance. Sometime they cover rentals.
