Zack was very helpful. He took his time to make sure we knew what was going on. And make sure we got the best deals for us

Very helpful staff. Got the TV and internet package that met my needs. Suggest making an appointment, which is easy to do online. I went midweek late morning and they were very busy. If you went as a walk-in you would have to wait.

Greeted and served immediately. We spoke with Zac. He is super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! Overall atmosphere of the store was friendly as well.

That’s a great question, why can’t we call the freakin stores directly?!!!!! Nothing worse than not being able to contact a freakin store directly. And when you try you get a foreigner that barely speaks English, if at all, and they read off of a promoted screen on how to reply. So stupid! Comcast is a monopoly company!
It took me an hour and 4 phone calls to disconnect all comcast services. They have the worst customer service!!! Comcast ia an american company that has their customer services in Mexica, Philapenes (sp?). HEY AMERICAN COMCAST! STAY IN AMERICA AND HIRE AMERICANS YOU CHEAP BASTARDS!! NO LONGER USING COMCAST!!!! THEY ARE NON-AMERICAN. PUT AMERICANS TO WORK FOR AMERICAN COMPANIES.
They dont have one, its all customer support, every store has the same customer phone number, ive called hundreds of times and none of them were ever the store
I had to make an online reservation for appointment...go in their website and click "Book Appointment". They're very flexible with time options. Have a good day 😊
Best bet is to wait for a technician to come out to set up the service
It's best to go to the store and no you don't need an appointment
Updating should be done automatically. If you're concerned, you can call and have them do it manually. If you question was about "upgrading", you can take your gateway to the store. Say it's no working and they'll give you a new one. You can also inquire about better versions.
You can walk in. However, because of the pandemic, they'll greet you at door and you speak to person at door. There are lines so be early.
Possibly defective, or if old its broken. Call the store, make an appt and drop in to get a replacement
Yes they do. In addition they are all very knowledgeable. And you hardly have to wait if it all. It's a wonderful place to do business.
There great service at the outlet area store always in and out within in minutes
Haven't seen one
It was a bit of a wait when we were there, however, once it was our turn they were great.
That's a feature on landline. Call forwarding.
