1.5 stars! I lived here for a year and it not a good experience. Upon moving in my apartment was infested with cockroaches. I had them spray a minimum of 4 times while I lived there within the first couple months and I eventually stopped asking because nothing was getting better. No matter how much you clean your place, it just felt dirty. They would come in through a crack in my front door that they wouldn't fix- or through the back patio from the second floor. On top of that, when I moved out-they docked me for not having a picture perfect clean oven when I left, even though the roaches were everywhere constantly and the bathroom was so gross upon moving in. The laundry rooms were also so disgusting. Firstly, they were hardly ever working. The machines smelled, and the laundry rooms were not cleaned regularly. The locks constantly had to be changed because people would be breaking in to sleep in there or get out of the heat. I understand, but it doesn't make people feel safe. Overall, the maintenance team was nice, however this apartment complex was way overpriced for the location and current living accommodations this year. Be better for the community Villa Toscana.

I wanted to post a review for villa Toscana. I just moved in and have been very surprising pleased. My apartment was ready when they told me it would be even though I needed to move in earlier in the day than I was told it would be ready! The few maintenance requests have been done quickly and effectively! The maintenance person Herve has been amazing, very nice and has gone above and beyond ! The office staff are wonderful! I have mainly worked with Violeta from the start. She is the sweetest soul on earth and the other 2 ladies seem just as nice! The location has been quiet and safe. I am very happy with my move!

Hello I would just love to tell you all about Villa Toscana I have lived there now for 12 years and I have a great Maintenance Team they have done a great job on everything I need done in my unit from my new floors to my new cabinets I just love the work that has been done. So Terry and his whole crew is just lovely and good at what they do. and not to mention my too favorite lady's down in the office MS Teresa, and Ms. Violet thanks for everything you have done over the years.
