Tanya always takes care of my requests quickly. Mike from maintenance is great! Virginia is the one who brought me into my apartment, she's so sweet and understanding. I definitely recommend living here. They keep the place so clean and I feel very safe here.

I moved here at the end of August....that same day I found out that they have roaches...i mentioned it to the landlord Virginia, and the other lady...I was originally supposed to move into a different unit, but Virginia told me that it was already rented... but when I kept calling about seeing roaches it took awhile until they offered to move me into the unit that she said was already rented...not caring about how much of an inconvenience it would be for me knowing that I work two jobs both 12 hour shifts... not to mention that I would have to rent another truck in order to move again and find someone who can help me...They had pest control come but he didn't do a thorough job spraying at all.. they were supposed to spray and check the entire building but didn't... all they care about is filling up the units and collecting the rent... the unit had things in the drawer from previous tenants that never gotten cleaned out... the unit she tried transferring me to had bad carpet, cabinets Written on .. a nasty pile of something under the cabinet...the apartments are nice from theoutside but infested with roaches...PLEASE think twice before you decide to move here... I wish I had... now I have to get a attorney to help me with this terrible situation.

I originally gave this place 5 stars, but apparently the pandemic desensitized Virginia. She lied about being able to have a pet. She said the dog has to be under 40lbs and clearly that's a lie with several dogs being well over 40lbs. The apartment was dirty at move-in and not everything is up to par on this "high end" model. The carpet was never new and installed poorly. My vacuum picks it up from it's "base". There is alwayz something seeping thru the cracks in restrooms and it almost looks like mold! Mold they painted over and yes I'll be testing it soon so hopefully for them it's not MOLD they covered up. Office does nothing against trespassers and puts us all at risk. Kids can't be at the playground without some stranger walking by. Keep going up the I-17 far from here.
