First off my apartment is so cute and very affordable. My problem is that I paid my rent and have proof of payment. Now I get a notice of intent to evict due to non payment of rent in my mail box. Also, upon move-in I gave proof of renters insurance. A few days after I moved in I got a call about not getting proof of renters insurance. What the hell is wrong with management? Losing important things like these and threatening me when I've been compliant.

Water is constantly an issue. Constantly. No bug problems. Have not seen a single bug of any kind. Maintenance is quick. Only problem is the extra thin walls. I can hear everything in the neighbors apartments.

If i could give 0 star I would. To make story short there is alot of cockroaches we are actually moving out because of it never ending cockroaches i mean it drawers inside of dishwasher name it. They always fix pipelines causing almost everyday there's no water. One time our AC broke down they fix it on the 4th day since we approach leasing office about the issues. And its freaking Arizona. They dont care about the renters to make it simple! They are horrible apartments I've ever been! Hope no renters go here.

I have lived here nearly 3 years. Yesterday my A.C. went out, less than 24 hours later they are installing a new one. Maintenance is always fast, I am a clean person and have not had a roach or bug problem, staff and residents are friendly.
