Stop complaining??? Tenants wouldn't complain about a place if it was ok to live there. This is literally the worst place to live. Constant water problems, management has no clue what they are doing. Get it together!

People know what and where they are moving too stop complaining and look at the positivity of it especially with the pandemic and rental prices these days. I have lived here for over 6 months now and no complaints! Maria Sara Erica office staff & Mario maintenance have been so nice and helpful. Much appreciated :)

It’s not the best place but it’s the cheapest. It’s ugly and old with roaches (just one here and there). The maintenance guy does his job and the two lady’s from the office are nice. The new lady that came in is rude. For the price it’s not a bad place to live. Neighbors keep to themselves and if you keep to yourself you’ll be fine. We had bed bugs but the management took care of it with no hassle. Do I want to continue to live here? No. I’m leaving one my lease is up. This was temporary and overall, it’s ok here. Oh, for the roaches, use borax. That’ll keep roaches away.
