I’m moved in on Jan 2022.10 Days later there was an apartment fire behind us that affected us. Management was so understanding and helped us out we were able to get an Airbnb with our renters insurance (Very important to have). We were able to move back in to fountain Oaks Apartments. We have had no issues with our apartment. When something is broken or needs fixing maintenance is really quick to fix it also no issues with maintenance very friendly. Management in the office is also very friendly. Jessica and Jordan. Alicia and Sonia are very understanding and listens to the problem and they’re on it pretty quick. They have been doing lots of landscaping around this area and it’s looking very nice. Thank you fountain Oaks for allowing us to live here in your apartment complex. God bless you all.

This place is awesome. I've lived here for 3 years and never had issues. Office is on top of it especially Jordan. I look forward to the newly renovated landscape and the remodeled pool is gorgeous!

This will be my second negative review I leave for this place, I talked with a lady there named Sonya in September 2021 to see what it would take to terminate my lease without an eviction. Even though I did not live in the apartment for 2 months I made sure the rent was paid before completing all paperwork to terminate my least. Sonya said I was all good to go and her bosses approved my request as long as i provided documents regarding my situation. Here we are march 1 2022 and I have and eviction because she lied about the entire process to get 17,000$ out of me. I've been trying to get in contact with someone for 2 months now. Every time I call they always say they will call back or have someone get back but they never do. This place is terrible when it comes to communication.

This place is horrible. They have cockroach problem bad. Also pigion problem that they refuse to take care of. Maintenance is horrible. Management is horrible. Except David in office. He is nice. Most of the tenants are disgusting and the property is always filthy. The children that reside in the complex are never under adult supervision. They break windows, jump other kids, make huge mess outside and act like ghetto kids. The parking is horrible and the tow truck company steals cars instantly even if they are not parked illegally or anything. The mailboxes which are supposed to lock are constantly left unlocked and open and the mail is scattered all over the grounds. The mailman constantly puts mail in wrong mailboxes.The inside of units are cheaply renovated and falling apart. The walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors do. Pet owners never clean up after there animals. Trash cans constantly overflowing and bed bug infested furniture is always left by dumpsters.
