It's a nice place an everything but there is constantly neighbors yelling an ever since the stair way has been close there are a few people that are piling up their trash outside an it smells horriblely an in stead of walking down to throw it away they just throw it over the rails an leave it on the bottom

Not the best of services. I've had problems with my apartment for the past couple of days. First, I had problems with my kitchen sink because I ended up getting backflow. That got got fixed eventually, but then I ended up getting backflow in my bathtub. No one came to fix or lock at it until the next night. In the end, the maintenance guy poured some chemicals into it and said that he would look into it the next morning. He never came back. I called the leasing office and they said there's nothing they can do about it because it's Saturday. I haven't been able to take a shower for the past couple of days, and I won't be able to until Monday. And they did nothing to accommodate for this.

I've lived here more years than I wish (4?), so I think I can give a fair review I've had three management companies come and go since I've been here, which should be a pretty clear indication.. My car has been broken into twice. Yours will be too. You will find tweakers passed out in the stairwells. (they're probably tired from breaking into your car.) There is no security and the gates stay wide open at all times. You will be charged $5 a month for a "pest fee" You will have roaches and never an exterminator. They will wait as long as possible to fix or turn on heat/AC. During the summer, with AC full blast all day, nights could be 86 I could go on......... All that being said, I'm only mad at myself for not believing the reviews before me and I implore you, read them carefully... LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE! Consider this a $500 review, I'm sure they'd find a reason to keep my security deposit anyways..

Document everything, especially with pictures. Report the conditions to the health department. Find another place to live, give a written 60 day notice. Move. Management personnel are total liers so when you give notice, make them sign a copy for your records and when you return the keys, write something that specifies exactly what keys you are returning and take pictures in the office with them and the keys in the picture and get them to sign that they received the keys back. Keep that and don't lose it.
I have a studio apartment for which I pay $618 per month. There are also 1-bdrm apts, but I'm not privy to their cost.
The hours are whenever managment and or maintenance remembers to open it
No, they don't care about the tennants. Look at the clientele. After you sign that lease agreement, they didn't even remember who you are until they find they can take you to court.
They'll take just about anything because when you leave, they'll be filing criminal charges on you for "violations" that you committed, like not returning the keys and they had to pay to have the locks changed, that you stole light fixtures or caused damage in the "apartment," that you owe them for two months rent because you never gave two months written notice that you were moving, etc., etc.
You can't even get a studio for under 680 a month. They have about 25 empty apts.and their website is full of lies
Fax, my foot. No such thing for them. You have to hand deliver whatever you want them to have.
