As a patient it annoys me that we can’t be running late due circumstances out of our control because right away they want to reschedule you. If it’s on their part it’s ok for you as a patient to wait for up to 45 minutes plus and they apologize and we wait. The problem is that the schedule is 3-4 months out and then you’re forced to reschedule, well that could be over 6 months of waiting to see a doctor. Ridiculous! Oh and when you do see the PA she’s only with you for 10 minutes

I have been a patient for quite some time here and I can honestly say this town has the worst of the worst options for medical treatment I’ve ever seen before and it just gets worst. My dr visits are about 10 minutes long to due my dr being pressured for the next patient by the nurses who knock on the door multiple times to tell him next patient is waiting. My last visit was frustrating as I had to do a follow up after a hospital stay with dr Sarmad, the guy didn’t even get a chance for me to go over everything with him as well as send refills for my prescriptions before the rude knocking started over and over. The medical team will not get back to the pharmacy for three days now, so I called the dr office this morning and asked what I can do to get medicine refilled and was told that it will take another 48-72 hours for them to send in the scripts to the pharmacy. When I asked why, the lady rudely responded that there are only 4 nurses working to whole office to get refills done. This is unacceptable and playing around with medications is no joke. I’m surprised there aren’t any lawsuits filed for neglect against this place. I’m absolutely discusted with this place, and if you need a good healthcare provider DO NOT COME HERE!!

We love our Dr. Shervin Sarmad and his staff BUT the phone robo system they have answering/directing calls is a NIGHTMARE - 5+++ Stars for doctor and staff; 1 Star for the robo answering system

The absolute worst service ever! After waiting in the parking lot & checking in from my cell, I get a voice mail stating they have canceled my apmt! My apmt was @ 3pm. They canceled it @ 3:15!!! They stated that they had tried to call several times! Not!!! Hello! I have a cell phone that keeps track of calling info! I left work early to make this apmt & my Ins. is only active til the end of the month! Today being the 25th!!! After calling the office several times, it turns out that my Doctor, had left to work the walk in clinic! WTH??? Thank Goodness these people Will Not be handling my medical care!!!
