How can you contact the store?? I’ve tried to call the Pittsburgh store for 3 days and keep getting a message saying the service is unavailable. I sent a email and haven’t heard back. Seriously ridiculous for such a big company!!
Since customer service via phone (to your Pittsburgh store) is so non-existent ("all circuits are busy now"), can you please tell me how to get in touch with someone about your return policy? I sent an item back 8 days ago and have not heard anything
Is the snack bar open on Sunday? Some ikeas close them
