I had this problem as well and Googled Ikea and then my local area code, which is the area code of the local store. Voila. My search results turned up the number of the local store. When I called the number and pressed 0, I got a human being! What a concept!

I placed an order in April for a sofa and some other items with the scheduled delivery date of June 1st. The payment for this purchase was taken from my account on April 25 ($674.87). I received an email on May 15 informing me that my delivery would be resheduled. I have yet to hear back. I have attempted to call customer service approximately 30 times over the past 2 weeks and sent 10 emails. How do I get someone to help me???? It's been 2 months that I have been waiting, but Ikea received payment in less than a week

Unfortunately, when you ask questions on google maps, you are asking other users. We can give info on personal knowledge and from our own experiences. IKEA (or the store someone is asking about) does not answer these questions. You might get lucky and someone who knows could answer, but for a technical question like this you would get a faster, more accurate answer by simply calling the store itself.

Well I have gone back 3 weeks in a row to get dressers that were "suppose" to be in stock every week but never were. I am not sure what is going on. But if you go the customer service is right before the checkout. The staff is always friendly just have the wrong information. So they might be able to help you

We didn't do delivery because we had an suv. We did pickup and it was... Not the best. We had to go to this janky website and type in our order number and it just sat at we're #1 in line for almost a half hour. I was actually about to go in and ask about it as they were rolling out our table and chairs. There was no real information as to what was going on. Ikea if you read this, take a look at the domino's tracker and implement something along those lines where it says "order received, order picked, waiting in line, and on the way out".

They're only open for Click & Collect.

If there are enough slots open and you are able to place an order, you will be given a pick-up time and date. With the current click-and-collect system, you have one additional day past your pick up date to pick up your order before click and collect closes at 7pm.

IKEA Pittsburgh is currently open for curbside click-and-collect but is only accepting a limited number of orders per day. The building is not currently open to the public.

What are the current store hours? Are customers allowed to walk through the store as of August 2020 or is it still curbside pick up only?

I don't think, you need to go upstairs and you can see the restaurant before the merchandise section

NO THEY DO NOT. People are just guessing. The answer is IKEA provides basic manual wheelchairs which have no cart attached, they do NOT have or allow electric scooters.

Face masks must be worn, carts, buggies, etc are sanitized, hand santizer stations are placed throughout the building, checkout lines are marked by 6ft apart stickers on the floor, register spaces are sanitized after each guest and they have disposable masks at the entrance if you forget yours.
