I bought a sectional couch a paid almost 1,800 dollars and I am a single person that is not home 10 hours a days and the cushions have deep groves in them and the furniture is cheap quality!!!! They sent someone out to look at it and he offered to put another piece of foam in it to bump out the deep groves! Not acceptable!!!! My couch prior lasted ten years and did not have this problem when I gave it away! I called and they told me they can not fix it because it is a year old. Unacceptable!!!!! This furniture it very poor quality!!!!!

The delivery date came early and the furniture looks awesome. Chuck, the salesman at the store, was professional and kind. The process was easy and fast. The delivery Men were polite and professional and cared for my furniture like it were their own. Awesome experience.

The delivery crew was great...fast and professional. They delivered my furniture but had the wrong piece of a sectional on their truck. They were great! They took pictures and called into the warehouse. They left the incorrect piece as opposed to leaving me without furniture. If the correct piece is delivered as planned my star rating will change.

We love our new couch! We had an excellent experience in store. My husband and I have 4 small children that came shopping with us (which is not easy in a store full of breakable things) and the sales person did a wonderful job of including our children in the conversations about our purchase! The delivery team was excellent as well! Very happy with the entire experience!
