I placed an order in April for a sofa and some other items with the scheduled delivery date of June 1st. The payment for this purchase was taken from my account on April 25 ($674.87). I received an email on May 15 informing me that my delivery would be resheduled. I have yet to hear back. I have attempted to call customer service approximately 30 times over the past 2 weeks and sent 10 emails. How do I get someone to help me???? It's been 2 months that I have been waiting, but Ikea received payment in less than a week
I can't even find what I need to inquire about via phone or the website. Poor customer service!
