I recently was in your store and met with Arlene Lipton. I had a certain amount of money that I wanted to spend on a sofa. Arlene is amazing with her decorating skills. I ended up going over my budget and bought an entire living room. I am very happy with everything that I purchased. She is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. You are very lucky to have an employee like Arlene!

A few months ago, I purchased a mirrored nightstand for my bedroom. It had a crack in it and I went into the store to inform them. My initial contact was with Nancy who was so bubbly and polite! Pat, the store manager walked in on our conversation and we had a few laughs at his expense lol They both turned a unhappy issue into a happy moment for me! Thanks Nancy and Pat for all your help!

*This 5 Star Review is for the Pittsburgh Robinson Store. VCF online gets 1 star I placed an order online..which was a huge headache itself due to website issues and trying to even get my order to go through. Then I had a couple of issues when the pieces arrived. I called value city's customer service and it was beyond frustrating trying to get help. A month later, nothing was resolved. No call back. No communication at all. So I decided to call my local store..the Robinson location... and talked to Nancy. Wow. No lie, Nancy is amazing. She was beyond helpful and just so genuinely nice. She is currently helping me to resolve both of my problems. I am very grateful for her. In a time when good customer service seems so hard to find, she helped this very upset customer to feel like there are still people who care about their jobs and value their customer's business. If you are considering purchasing from VCF, I highly recommend you go into this store to purchase.
