Does customer service exist at this Sam's Club because from my experience it does not the staff is rude they don't know what the hell they're doing they give you attitude don't answer the phone don't answer questions put you on hold forever and more

If I didn't know better I would swear you were referring to the 83rd/McDowell store instead of the Dysart store! The Dysart store has very friendly and helpful employees, 180* from the other store!

I have the polar opposite response from the staff, but then again I go around and make friends with them too.

The Dysart sams has a very friendly staff who are helpful and willing to go above and beyond for their customers.

Shop Costco, they have excellent customer service!
