Ok, well the advert says 24/7 but it isn't. Perhaps the locksmiths are all very excellent but I will never know because ALL of them in my area weren't working today - Sunday. I am totally unable to lock my front door and even shut it and was told - if you can wait until tomorrow...... BEWARE

Convenient way to duplicate a key. I liked this method of making keys especially nowadays with short staff everywhere!, the only thing i did not like was that they give you the option to choose your team logo on your key but you have to wait to get shipped to you.

I had 3 keys made- buy 2 get one free. All keys worked great. First time user but definitely would use this service again. Super easy and convenient.

Not sure where my call was routed to. They asked all my info, full address, full first and last name, year make model before he heard my request. Didn't even have an answer for my question on pricing and had someone else call me. I get that I called a dispatch center but I shouldnt have had to give up all that info first. Also, when the technician called me, I told him what I needed and he said it didn't exist. I called Toyota first and they told me what I had. Not sure where this company is from but, beware. I hung up and decided not to do business but only after they got all my personal info.
