I called chase, hate the auto teller by the way, tried to speak to a person, and got hung up on, immediately. I'll change my review if they are satisfactory in person. Still can't give more than 3 stars, tho.

Called multiple times to get info on notary, was told I could go in anytime and get one with no wait time. Went into the bank and the lady upfront told us it would take anywhere from 45 min to who knows how many hours just to see the notary. Was very rude and short with us when we asked questions. Do not recommend going here for basic notaries…

My complaint isn't about this branch. No issues with the branch. Major issue with chase. I wish they would charge an nsf fee that fits the infraction. I think $34 is highway robbery for a $6 infraction. Especially when you've been a customer since before Washington mutual was purchased. Lower the amount for smaller mistakes. They get richer on people's struggles. Then their overdraft fees cause you to overdraft more. Especially now with the pandemic. It isn't right

If your told that you couldn't touch your money until you turn 18, but now your 20 years old about to be 21, is it possible that you can take your money out; since your old enough?

I would assume so, if you were told you couldn't touch it until 18 and you're now 2-3 years older than 18.
