I feel like it used to be better, certainly more friendly. Slow turn time and the katsu was all breading barely any meat. I have to give it 3 stars because the Mac salad is great and it's there only plate lunch in the southwest valley really.

It was my first time trying this place, and as someone who grew up in Hawaii, it was just like being back home. The taste is very authentic and delicious. My favorite is the musubi.

This is the absolute worst location! I placed an online order for crispy shrimp and was given the wrong order. The bag was knotted closed and the staff confirmed my name when they handed me the bag so I made the mistake of trusting that my order was right. When I got home and realized I did not get the right food, I tried calling over 10 times and each time it just rang and rang. I was not close enough to return without risking the restaurant closing (it was almost 9pm and their closing time was 9:30pm). I called several more times but the line was giving a busy signal. I finally got through within minutes of closing and the RUDEST person ever answered the line and was not helpful at all. She stated her name was SHARON but would not provide her last name although she claimed to be the manager. When asked for her manager's name, she only provided the name Dennis but again no last name because she said she didn't know it. How completely incompetent and unprofessional do you have to be to not only lack basic customer service skills but also not even know your own superiors name??? This location and that employee don't even deserve 1 star.

Food is always great tasting usually super busy. I'd give it more stars but the fact they haven't had other options other then a large drink for the past year is baffling. To top it off after asking for the hundred time this year I look over behind the beverage cooler and there is a whole stack of the small size. This to me seems like an upset strategy and not cool. Won't keep me from coming back but definitely worth addressing.
