The environment was stiff. The person who cut my hair seemed friendly. I needed to Waite for my ride to return. 45 min. When she returned I told everyone to have a good day. Upon leaving and before the door completely closed. I heard someone say. It's about time. I thought you would never leave. I let them know that I don't have to be disrespected where I spend my money. I've visited this Great Clips on multiple occasions for my two boys and never experienced bad service or haircuts. BUT on my most recent visit today, June 11, 2021, I CHECKED-IN online and waited as we typically do. And upon arrival, we were told our name wasn't listed and therefore, we had to CHECK-IN online AGAIN! I calmly CHECK-IN as she requested on the Great Clips App and it showed that I was already CHECKED-IN & showed her. She then proceeded with an unprofessional attitude telliing us there's nothing she can do took the next person in line. As a repeated customer, I find that extremely rude as I had been patiently waiting 45 minutes for our "on-line "CHECK-IN Appt". I'm definitely taking my services elsewhere as I'm disgusted with this salon manager's poor customer service, It's such a shame as the other staff are excellent.
