I’ve never felt so humiliated and degraded in my life! Joyce is unprofessional, lacks people skills and is RUDE beyond explanation. This lady gave me a migraine with all her yelling! To say she’s just old, miserable and ignorant would be an understatement! She gets a kick out of intimidating you and making you feel small. She stereotypes you based on race, insults your character and makes a seen in front of the entire office and tenants. She also makes comments such as "You need me, I don’t need you! You can get out" One thing about those tables, they do turn!
